What size are residential gutters best for my Kirkland house?

You've probably heard the question: "What size gutters should I get for my Kirkland house?" The answer is, of course, it depends.

The size, slope of your roof, and amount of rainfall in your area should all be considered when choosing the right gutter size for your home. In Kirkland homes, we usually install 5K gutters. Consider installing 6K gutters if you have a big roof or live somewhere that gets a lot of rain. Five-inch gutters can serve just fine if you don't get much rain and need smaller gutters for a smaller home.

Suppose you need help deciding what size to choose. In that case, we recommend getting a few estimates from local gutter companies so you can compare prices and get recommendations from each company about which size is right for your Kirkland home.

Are Your Kirkland Gutters Dirty?

Due to the county's frequent rainfall, Kirkland homeowners must regularly clean their gutters. Water can accumulate in gutters clogged with leaves, twigs, and other debris and possibly damage the roof, fascia boards, or even the foundation of a house. Additionally, this water may seep into the home, causing water damage and mold development.

Avoid these issues and maintain the quality of your home by routinely cleaning your gutters. Additionally, by diverting water from your foundation and preventing erosion, clean gutters can help protect your landscaping. Generally, keeping your home and safeguarding your investment requires regular gutter cleaning.
